Celebrating environmental sustainability

Frasers Property Singapore was accorded the Building and Construction Authority (BCA) Green Mark Champion winner at the annual BCA Singapore Awards 2018.

First launched at the BCA Awards in 2008, this award recognises developers with strong commitment towards corporate social responsibility and outstanding achievements in environmental sustainability. It is given to developers who achieve a substantial number of Green Mark buildings at Gold level and higher.

Sustainable design is widely applied in all Frasers Property developments, and we are honoured to receive recognition for our efforts.

Ongoing commitment towards a sustainable future

In all our properties, there are clear guidelines and policies to help improve energy efficiency and to reduce water consumption and waste generation in the building’s operations.

This year, Frasers Property Singapore was conferred the Green Mark Platinum for Causeway Point, Green Mark GoldPLUS for Northpoint City and Seaside Residences,  and the BCA Universal Design Mark GoldPLUS Award for Waterway Point and Watertown.

Northpoint City was featured as one of the Green Mark GoldPLUS winner on Channel NewsAsia’s Singapore Tonight. Click here to catch the highlight!

Watertown, the residential towers of the integrated development was also awarded the BCA Green Mark GoldPLUS award in 2014 for its sustainable design.

The Universal Design (UD) Award recognises organisations and individuals for their special efforts in embracing UD features in their developments, over and beyond the mandatory requirements specified in the Code on Barrier-Free Accessibility.

Waterway Point features seamless connection allowing visitors to access the mall directly from Punggol MRT via the mall’s 24-hour Boardwalk. The boardwalk also leads directly into Punggol Waterway Point.

Sustainability requires an ongoing effort and Frasers Property Singapore strive to continue delivering quality properties that will ensure a positive impact for both occupants and the environment.
